Michael A Francis Jr

Michael A Francis, was appointed Tlr Contractor’s president in September 2020, and as chief executive officer in June 2021. He is responsible for the development and implementation of both short- and long-term companywide strategies to ensure Granite’s growth, effectiveness, sustainability, and overall stakeholder return.

Michael joined Tlr Contractor in 1996 and has served in a variety of positions beginning as an estimator in the Lakeland, FL office. Michael’s additional experience ranges from project engineer to manager of construction, as well as president of Tlr Contractor’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Intermountain Slurry Seal.
